1. An individual ejido member with a Certified Parcel certificate must request approval for Dominio Pleno (full title) from the General Assembly of the ejido.
2. The General Assembly must approve the request and record the approval for Dominio Pleno in the minutes of the meeting. The meeting should also meet the following requirements.
. The meeting must be held in a common place within the ejido community.
. The meeting must be publicly announced at least 30 days in advance in a designated place within the ejido. It must state the purpose of the meeting, the date and time of the meeting, and where it will take place.
. The presence of a Public Notary, and a representative from the Office of Agrarian Reform is required to validate the meeting.
. The meeting should meet a minimum attendance requirement.
. The request for Dominio Pleno must have the support of 2/3 of the General Assembly.
. The ejido must document and file the approval for Dominio Pleno with the Office of Agrarian Reform.
3. After fulfilling the above requirements the individual ejido member must request in writing from the National Agrarian Registry that the registry of their parcel is deleted before a private property title can be issued.
4. After successfully deleting the ejido registry and receiving a private property title the ejido member must register the title with the Public Registry of Property.
