Where is Riviera Nayarit

The entire project will cover over 100 miles of coastline in the state of Nayarit. Sayulita, Guayabitos, Higuera Blanca, Punta Negra, Lo de Marcos, Los Alayas, and San Francisco are just a few of the smaller communities that will become part of Riviera Nayarit.

Litibu, the first stage of the project is just 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, and 2 miles from Punta de Mita. The second stage of the project, El Capomo is approximately 45 minutes north of Litibu, and the third and final stage of the project, La Penita is approximately 10 minutes from El Capomo.
