At Riviera Property Group we help our clients acquire ejido land in many parts of Mexico, and have made strong relationships within many ejido communities in Baja California, Quintana Roo, Sonora, Jalisco, Nayarit, Colima, Yucatán, and Sinoloa.

However we're investing our own money in Riviera Nayarit. The entire project is being developed on ejido land, and fortunately for investors all of the ejidos in the area have completed, or are very close to completing the PROCEDE program.

However, what gives Riviera Nayarit an additional advantage is its potential for long term capital growth. Unlike any other ejido community, all of the property in Riviera Nayarit is scheduled for major development, and is in great demand.

Riviera Nayarit will soon be the place to be in Mexico, and is the largest development of its kind in North America.
